Day 6 and 7

Had to run 2/1x 5 and 1/1 x5 today.
Managed to complete this schedule yesterday, but could not do so today. I completed the 2 minutes runs and then felt tired/bored..so just walked around.

This really screwed up the day for me, and went back to the net to see if other beginners too have faced the same problem. As expected , this is common and the trick is to get back to running and understand that the body is not ready to run though mentally you are!!

Anyways, weighed myself and wonders of wonders!! I have gained 2 Kgs again..after a week of eating right and exercising, I have regained the 2 hard fought kgs I had lost!!

So, am in a really crappy mood/place right now.

The only way out is to go ahead and complete today's schedule - 2/1 x 6. I feel confident of completing it.

Weight: 86.5 closer to 87
Cigarettes per day : 5
Motivaton: not sure, just feeling very angry and cheated right now .
